Prelude Connect Is Now Available in Spanish

Managing fertility treatment is easier when you can access the information you need in the language you're most comfortable using. That's why we're excited to share that Prelude Connect is now available in Spanish.

This update makes the patient experience more accessible for Spanish-speaking patients by allowing them to navigate the app and web portal in either English or Spanish.

A More Inclusive Patient Experience

Patients using the latest version of Prelude Connect can now choose their preferred language when they log in. Switching between English and Spanish is simple and can be done anytime through the "My Account" settings.

The Spanish-language experience includes translated navigation, menus, and patient-facing features throughout the app, making it easier to stay connected and informed during your fertility journey.

Please note that your language preference will need to be selected each time you log in.

What You'll See in Spanish

The Spanish version of Prelude Connect is a translated version of the app experience—not an automatic translation service.

This means that many parts of the app interface are available in Spanish, including navigation and patient tools. However, certain information created by your care team may still appear in English, such as:

• Medication instructions

• Appointment types

• Messages sent in English

• Documents uploaded in English

• Inbox names created by your clinic

The app includes reminders to help patients understand when content is being displayed in its original language.
